What We Do
We have the appetite and experience to help you change the world.
Innovation Program, Strategy and Implementation
Based on our decades of experience developing and commercializing advancements across different major areas, we will work with you to understand your goals, your team and your company’s situational reality. We will then collaborate on tailoring or refining a strategy specific to you, and an implementation plan for execution.
Portfolio Development
Leveraging our proven track record in innovation, we can do an internal IP review and assessment, commercialization strategy, and recommend financing options to make it happen.
Corporate Development and Structuring
Sometimes your existing structure doesn't allow for efficient innovation or execution. We can share best practices and propose personalized methods to invent, whether it's a spin-off, joint venture, or for-profit arm.
Investment Advisory
Whether you are an angel, institutional investor, or impact fund, we provide unbiased and seasoned perspective to help you ensure your investments are thriving. And for select companies, we can help prepare you for your raise.
